I am a different kind of trial lawyer and mediator. You won't hear big promises, complicated legal jargon, or leave wondering what is happening with your case.  I will speak honestly and in ordinary language. You will always hear my straightforward legal assessment whether you like it or not. I actually enjoy going to trial and being and advocate in the courtroom. I have taught dozens of other trial lawyers across the country how to present their client's case effectively.

As an experienced civil litigator for both plaintiffs and defendants, I bring a practical approach to mediation to help the parties bring their dispute to an amicable resolution. I have litigated, mediated, and tried cases from typical automobile crashes, slips and falls, and defective products injuries to complex wrongful death cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Civil litigation can be time intensive and costly to all involved. Mediation is a process whereby the parties can negotiate a resolution that is acceptable to all and bring closure their case saving time and money.  Having spent over twenty years litigating civil cases, injury cases in particular, and having local knowledge of the courts and juries allows me to bring a different, common sense, practical, perspective and ability in these cases to conduct a successful mediation.

C. Brian Davidson has been a litigator representing primarily injury victims in court since graduating from the Birmingham School of Law in 1998. In addition to extensive trial experience, Mr. Davidson was an Instructor for a nationally recognized trial skills methodology program, the Trojan Horse Method, teaching personal injury and criminal defense lawyers across the nation how to be the best in the courtroom.  Mr. Davidson is no stranger to the courtroom, understands and implements the science of juror selection, case structure, and presentation skills to effectively tell your story and does not hesitate to take a case to trial in order to obtain the justice you deserve.

Sailing and Boating

• Avid sailor. Live aboard for over three years (May 2013 - April 2016) on a 1981 Morgan 462 ketch rigged center cockpit.  Enjoy being on the water at every possible opportunity.

Food, Beverage, and Barbecue

• Food is both a hobby and passion. Whether it's in the kitchen, on the grill, or smoking meat you'll find me serving up some pretty tasty food. After spending years bartending, I still enjoy making the classics and mixing new cocktails. I have visited at least 50 different craft breweries and look forward to many, many more.

Sporting Clays 

• Actively enjoys shooting sporting clays, five stand, and skeet whenever possible.
