I am a different kind of trial lawyer and mediator. You won't hear big promises, complicated legal jargon, or leave wondering what is happening with your case. I will speak honestly and in ordinary language. You will always hear my straightforward legal assessment. I also don't waste your time by talking to insurance adjusters for months on end that have no interest in compensating you fairly for your injuries and losses. In most cases, your case should be ready to either settle or be filed in court within six months of when you were injured. I actually enjoy going to trial and being in the courtroom. In fact, I teach dozens of other trial lawyers how to do this across the nation every year. If the insurance companies won't agree to a reasonable settlement then we will let a jury tell us what your injuries and losses are worth.
Our goal at Davidson Law Firm, LLC is to work with you to prosecute your injury claims while protecting you from the insurance companies and their legal teams. We are dedicated to understanding what results you want from the very beginning and to helping you understand what actions we can and cannot take on your behalf. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure that you understand the choices you are making and feel empowered to make them.
Whether you are in Panama City, Panama City Beach, Marianna, Destin, Pensacola or anywhere the Panhandle, throughout Florida or Alabama we are here to work for you. We have relationships with some of the best and well known personal injury firms in the nation to build the best litigation team to handle any personal injury case. No matter where you are or how serious your case is we can and will help!
As an experienced civil litigator for both plaintiffs and defendants, I bring a practical approach to mediation to help the parties bring their dispute to an amicable resolution. I have litigated, mediated, and tried cases from typical automobile crashes, slips and falls, and defective products injuries to complex wrongful death cases for both plaintiffs and defendants. Civil litigation can be time intensive and costly to all involved. Mediation is a process whereby the parties can negotiate a resolution that is acceptable to all and bring closure their case saving time and money. Having spent over twenty years litigating civil cases, injury cases in particular, and having local knowledge of the courts and juries allows me to bring a different, common sense, practical, perspective and ability in these cases to conduct a successful mediation.
You are not just another case at Davidson Law Firm, LLC. Everyone's case is important to them and therefore to us. It is vitally important to your case that we know each other especially in the event of trial.
Feel free to call and meet with me as often as you need to understand what is happening with your case. I will return your telephone calls within 24 hours with rare exception. Every client receives my personal mobile telephone number so that you can reach me to discuss your case. I also allow you to set appointments online on my calendar so you have a set time dedicated to your case that is convenient to you!
